ATI 2024 Rebranding Campaign

​We are excited to launch a rebranding contest to refresh ATI’s visual identity and global reach. This contest invites members to submit entries for a new logo, a tagline or both to reflect our mission and future. The winning entries will shape ATI’s branding, from our website to social media and everything in between. Our goal is to harness your creativity to develop a professional brand that resonates with our community while winning exciting prizes. 

Full Rebranding Contest Rules

  • Eligibility: The contest is open to any current member of ATI, as of Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

  • Guidelines and Best Practices:

    • Submissions must include a physical logo or written tagline.

    • No watermarks on entries.

    • The contest will feature two separate categories—logo and tagline—meaning the winning logo may be paired with a different winning tagline.

    • A brief description explaining the concept behind the entry is encouraged but not required.

    • Entries must be original and not infringe on any existing copyrighted material.

    • File formats accepted include PDF, JPG, PNG, JPEG and GIF.

    • Up to five (5) logo options and three (3) tag lines may be submitted per person.

    • All images, including any color(s) and font(s) must be as accessible as possible for individuals with visual impairments.

    • Colors represented in images must be able to be identified for ATI to create a new branding kit.

    • All images must be able to be modified as requested by ATI concerning color(s), font(s), format and so on.

  • Entry Deadline: Submissions must be received by Friday, December 6, 2024. Late entries will not be considered.

  • Judging Criteria: Judging is based on creativity, relevance to ATI’s mission, simplicity and scalability of the design, visual appeal and professional execution and adaptability across all platforms.

  • Submission Process:

    • Entries must be submitted via Jotform: https://form.jotform.com/242674016115046

    • The ATI Media Committee will review all submissions and will vote or narrow down entries to present to the ATI Board of Directors, who will determine the final winners.

  • Prizes:

    • 1st place logo winner will receive one (1) free 2025 conference registration.

    • 1st place tag line winner will receive one (1) free 2025 conference registration.

    • 2nd and 3rd place winners for each contest will receive one (1) free 2025 individual membership for a total of four (4) free individual memberships.

    • Winners may not transfer prizes to another individual.

  • Use of Winning Design and Tag Line:

    • The organization reserves the right to modify, change or not use the winning design or tag line at any time.

    • All intellectual property rights of the winning entry will be transferred to the Association of Travel Instruction.

  • Announcement of Winners: Winners will be notified and announced by Thursday, December 19, 2024.

  • Disqualification:

    • Plagiarism, use of unauthorized content, violate guidelines or deemed inappropriate will result in immediate disqualification.

  • General Conditions:

    • Participants agree to allow the Association of Travel Instruction to use their submissions for promotional purposes and winning logos and taglines become the property of the association.

    • ATI reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time or to select no winner if none of the entries meet the quality standards
