COVID-19 Resources

On a daily basis we are all reminded that we are living in unprecedented times. The world is not the same as it was 9 months ago and as the days go by there is still the looming uncertainty of when (and if) things will ever return to the way they used to be.

Most everything we do in life has become different. School is different. Shopping is different. Work is different. Holiday gatherings are different. Healthcare is different. Transit is different.

While transit has changed, it still remains a critical component of our world. Millions of people rely on public transit to get to work, provide for their families, and to provide essential services that many of us count on. It is incredibly important that we all work together to keep public transit safe and available to those who so desperately need it.

As discussed during our annual meeting, the Association of Travel Instruction has begun putting together a list of resources regarding COVID-19, public transit, and travel training. Below is a start, and I encourage all of you to share any resources you may have in the spirit of “we are all in this together”.
